1. Tickets
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

1 for $20.00;
5 for $50.00;
20 for $100.00;
The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: September 28, 2026 at 11:00:00 a.m. CSTDraw
There to Care 50/50 draw: September 28, 2026 at 2:00:00 p.m. CST
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at 511 45th Street West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5Z9
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://saskspca.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 28, 2026.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the SaskSPCA.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the SaskSPCA or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy
SaskSPCA does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: lottery@saskspca.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

Please email our team at lottery@saskspca.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
Cause
The SaskSPCA is currently building an emergency animal care centre – a warm and welcoming place specially designed to provide pet safekeeping.
Why are we building this new centre? For many, pets are an important part of the family. When life gets turned upside down, even the thought of being separated from our four-legged family members feels overwhelming. Sadly, some owners experiencing a health care emergency … domestic violence … or an emergency evacuation from their home may have no other option than to give up their beloved pets.
That’s why we are building the Emergency Animal Care Centre. The Centre will offer a safe haven for pets when their families are temporarily unable to care for them.
Your support – through purchasing tickets and/or making a donation – helps change the lives of pets and their families for years to come.
